I specialise in the copper foil
technique which allows me to incorporate a lot of detail into my
designs. I draw my inspiration from the wildlife around me.
The different types of glass give
different effects, depending on the sunlight.
Streaky or wispy glass still shows
colour and texture, even without direct or strong sunlight.
The more translucent "cathedral"
glass needs direct sunlight to show

its rich colours to best effect.
The colours are permanent and do not fade.
Hung against a window, my
suncatchers add colour and interest to any room.
They also deter real birds from
flying into your windows.
Most of my suncatchers are
available by
mail order. However, on account of their larger size, my
panels are available only for collection.
