The Thistle is Scotland's national emblem. Do you know why ? Legend has it a group of men were asleep in their camp for the night.  Some invading Vikings were sneaking up on them, ready to murder them, when one stepped on a thistle and yelled out in pain.  The Scotsmen woke up with the noise and were able to defend themselves, so were saved by the Thistle.

Made in purple, pale blue and green glass, this Thistle would look lovely hanging in any window.

The Scottish Thistle is a perfect gift for any proud Scot, at home or abroad. Approximate size 13 x 12cm.
